What happens when I exceed my sub-account limit?
Pro and Enterprise bill an overage per extra sub-account beyond your included count ($49 on Pro, $39 on Enterprise). Solo is single-sub only.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, anytime via Settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle. Founding Member lifetime discount follows you across tier changes.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 20% — effectively two months free. You're charged upfront for 12 months. Prorated refunds if you cancel.
When does the Founding Member program close?
Once we have 10 paying Founding Members and two iteration cycles of feedback are shipped, the cohort closes and public pricing activates at the rates above.
